<br />AND DIANE E SIVIUI'NY HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit
<br />of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated _JANUARY 26, 2001 and recorded a
<br />FEBRUARY 2, 2001 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument 200100808 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
