Thompson, an unremarried widow, by and through her \��' <br />attorneys -in -fact, Sandra Szafradja and Dorothy Coffey, in consideration of the sum <br />of Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />conveys to Colleen K.
