<br />This Indenture, Made this 22nd day of January, in the year of our Lord, 2021 between Cameron Cemetery Association, (a Cemetery
<br />Association), of Hall County, Nebraska, a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska, party of
<br />the first part, and Jason Bonsack of Hall County, NE party of the second part: Witnesseth, that the said party of the first part, for and in
<br />consideration of the sum of 800 and no/100 DOLLARS, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has sold and by these present
<br />does grant, convey and confirm unto the said parties of the second part, the following described premises, to -wit: The 4 spaces of Lot 140 in
<br />the Third Addition of Cameron Cemetery in Hall County, Nebraska, together with all appurtenances thereunto belonging: Subject, however, to
<br />all Articles, By -Laws, Rules and regulations of said Cemetery Association, as they now exist or may hereafter be changed, modified or
<br />enlarged, and the said grantor Cemetery Association for itself or its successors, does hereby covenant to and with the said parties of the second
<br />part and their heirs and assigns, that at the time of the execution and delivery of these present it is lawfully seized of said premises; that it has
<br />good right and lawful authority to convey the same; that they are free from encumbrance and does hereby covenant to warrant and defend the
<br />said premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. In witness whereof, the said grantor Cemetery Association has hereunto
<br />caused its corporate seal to be affixed and these presents to be signed by its President and Treasure the day and year first above written.
