Dale Roberson, appearing in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska as Case No. CI20-296, wherein it was determined that accumulated rubbish, trash, litter, and unlicensed vehicles constituted a nuisance. Such lien is for abatement costs in respect to that real estate commonly referred to as 403 W. 3'd Street, Alda, Nebraska, and legally described as: The West Half (W1/2) of Lot Two (2) and Lot Three (3) of Block Three (3), Brown's Addition to the Village of Alda, Hall County, Nebraska, and notice hereof is given under the authority vested in the Village of Alda to levy such assessment in accordance with the provisions of Nebraska Revised Statutes § 18-1722 as revised.
