65Z101Z0Z <br />+;n <br />n� <br />:.a <br />c <br />rV <br />s ^J <br />NOTICE OF LEVY OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENT <br />COMES NOW the Village of Alda, Nebraska, and hereby gives notice of its levy of a <br />special assessment in the amount of Four Thousand Nineteen and 15/100 Dollars ($4,219.15) to <br />the date of this notice resulting from costs attributable to nuisance abatement as authorized in the <br />Judgment entered on August 4, 2020, in that case entitled Village of Alda, Nebraska v. Dale <br />Roberson, appearing in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska as Case No. CI20-296, <br />wherein it was determined that accumulated rubbish, trash, litter, and unlicensed vehicles <br />constituted a nuisance. <br />Such lien is for abatement costs in respect to that real estate commonly referred to as 403 <br />W. 3'd Street, Alda, Nebraska, and legally described as: <br />The West Half (W1/2) of Lot Two (2) and Lot Three (3) of Block Three (3), <br />Brown's Addition to the Village of Alda, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />and notice hereof is given under the authority vested in the Village of Alda to levy such <br />assessment in accordance with the provisions of Nebraska Revised Statutes § 18-1722 as revised. <br />Dated this Ia" day of February, 2021. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />I, the undersigned, Village Clerk for the Village of Alda, Nebraska, hereby certify that as <br />of the date of this notice, the above represents a true accounting of all sums due to the Village of <br />Alda, Nebraska for nuisance abatement costs related to the above-described real estate incurred <br />by the Village of Alda, Nebraska to abate the nuisance and constitutes a valid lien against such <br />real estate under the laws of the State of Nebraska. <br />1 <br />Ramona Schafer, Village Clerk <br />
