<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, York Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated November
<br />26, 2013 executed by Rick J. Schultz and Jodi R. Schultz; husband and wife, as Trustor(s) in which Cornerstone
<br />Bank, York, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and recorded December 2,
<br />2013, in Instrument No. 201309401 of Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, has received from the current Beneficiary, a written request to partially reconvey, reciting that part
<br />of the sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been paid and a portion of the property described below have
<br />been surrendered to the undersigned, asTrustee for a partial release.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby partially reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled therein, only the following interest derived to the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in the following
<br />described real estate, to -wit:

<br />This is a partial release given as to the above described real estate only, and the Deed of
<br />Trust being partially released hereby shall remain in effect as to all other real estate
<br />described therein.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, has caused this Partial Deed of
<br />Reconveyance to be executed by Daryl L Wilton, Executive Vice President of Cornerstone Bank and has
<br />caused its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this 5th day of February, 2021.
