Vavra and Dana L. Vavra, husband <br />and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto <br />Brandon Piersol and Robin Piersol, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and <br />not as tenants in common, conveys to Grantee the following described real property in Hall County, NE: <br />Lot Eight (8), in Bartelt Second Subdivision of part of Lots Seven (7), Fourteen (14), Fifteen (15) , Sixteen <br />(16), and Eighteen (18) of the County Subdivision of part of the South Half (S1/2) of Section Five (5), <br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.
