BINDING EFFECT <br />This Contract and the covenants herein shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the Parties <br />hereto and their successors, heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, and assigns. <br />30. COUNTERPARTS <br />This Contract may be executed in several counterparts, each constituting a duplicate original, and together <br />which shall constitute one and the same Contract. <br />31. ENTIRE AGREEMENT <br />This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the transaction <br />contemplated herein. It replaces and supersedes any and all oral agreements between the Parties, as well as <br />any prior writings.
