<br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />The undersigned, ARLND R. BAACK, Attorney at Law, Trustee
<br />under a certain Deed of Trust, dated June 29, 1984, wherein
<br />Thomas C. Wetzel and Kristi K. Wetzel, husband and wife, were the
<br />Trustors, which was filed for record in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on June 29, 1984, as
<br />Document No. 84- 003470, and contains as the trust property the
<br />following - described real estates
<br />Lot Twelve (12) , in Block one (1) , in Dill
<br />and Huston's Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraskai
<br />together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures, streets,
<br />alleys, passageways, easements, rights, privileges and appurte-
<br />nances located thereon or in any way pertaining thereto, and the
<br />rents, issues, profits, reversions and the remainders thereof,
<br />including all such personal property that is attached to the
<br />improvements so as to constitute a fixture, all of which, includ-
<br />ing replacements and additions thereto, are hereby declared to be
<br />a part of the real estate conveyed in trust hereby, it being
<br />agreed that all of the foregoing shall be hereinafter referred to
<br />as the "Property*;
<br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustors for the reason
<br />that the said Trustors have failed to make the payments of
<br />principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that
<br />Deed of Trust.
<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects
<br />to sell or cause to be sold the above real estate to satisfy the
<br />obligations of that certain Note dated June 29, 1984, owing from
<br />Trustors to th.e Beneficiary, Rome Federal Savings and Loan
<br />Association.of Grand Island, Nebraska, pursuent to the terms of
<br />the Deed of'Trust referred to above which secures this obligation.

<br />On this 3rd day of December, 3990, before me, the under-
<br />signed, a Notary Public duly commissioned and qualified for in
<br />said County, personally came Arend R. Baack, to me known to be

<br />Notice of Default and acknowledged the execution thereof to be
<br />his voluntary act and deed.
