<br />THAT Jack Kemp, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, of
<br />Vashington, D. C., Grantor, in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00)
<br />and other valuable considerations in hand paid, does hereby grant, bargain, sell
<br />and convey unto Gary E. Valasek and Mary E. Valasek
<br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, Grantees, as joint tenants, and not as tenants in
<br />comma, the following described real property situated in the County of Hall,
<br />State of Nebraska, to wit:

<br />BEING the same property acquired by the Grantor pursuant to the provisions
<br />of the National Housing Act, as amended (12 USC 1701 et seq.) and the Department
<br />of Housing and Urban Development Act (79 Stat. 667).
<br />TOGETHER WITH all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br />belonging, and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever
<br />of the said Grantor, of, in, or to the same. or any part thereof,
<br />IT BEING the intention of all parties hereto that in the event of the death
<br />of either of said Grantees, the entire fee simple t itle to the real estate
<br />described herein shall vest in the surviving Grantee.

<br />unto the said Grantees as Joint tenants, and not as tenants 4n common, and to
<br />their assigns, or to the heirs and assigns of the survivor of them. forever, and
<br />the said Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, and for his successors and
<br />assigns, does covenant with the Grantees herein name:, and with their assigns
