<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Nathan W. Perry, it's authorized officer, as trustee under the
<br />Trust Deed dated 02/28/2017 and recorded 02/28/2017 recorded as Instrument #201701293; Trust Deed
<br />dated 08/21/2018 and recorded on 09/04/2018, recorded as Instrument #201805771; executed by Craig M.
<br />McIntyre, a Single Person, as trustors in which Pinnacle Bank of Central City is named as beneficiary, and
<br />said bank as trustee, and in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska has received from
<br />Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by
<br />such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust Deed and the note secured thereby have been
<br />surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely by Craig M. McIntyre, a Single Person, the estate now held by it
<br />thereunder, to -wit:
<br />Lot Nine (9), Block Twenty -Four (24), College Addition to West Lawn, in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Central City,
<br />Merrick County, Nebraska, on February 1, 2021.
