Bruns, a single person, Grantor, whether <br />one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Pamela L. Franks and Karen <br />L.
