<br />WHEREAS, Town & Country Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, by and through Patrick J. McGuire,
<br />it's Authorized Officer, as trustee under the trust deed dated July 29, 2020, executed by FRANKLIN R
<br />HOCHSTETLER, A SINGLE PERSON, in which Town & Country Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, is named
<br />as beneficiary and trustee, and recorded in Inst 202005565 in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall
<br />County, State of Nebraska, has received from Town & Country Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, the
<br />beneficiary thereunder, a written request to partially reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust
<br />deed have been partially paid.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the
<br />said corporation, Town & Country Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, by and through its authorized Officer as
<br />trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto, namely by
<br />FRANKLIN R HOCHSTETLER, A SINGLE PERSON, the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />The North One -Half (N1/2) of Lot Eight (8) and all of Lot Nine (9), in Block Three (3), in the First Addition
<br />to the Town of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />In witness whereof, the undersigned has executed this partial deed of reconveyance at Kearney,
