That Advantage Title Services, LLC of Grand Island, Nebraska drafted the Warranty <br />Deed recorded in the Hall County Register of Deeds office on April 10, 2015, and entered as <br />Instrument Number 201502243 in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; said document conveyed <br />the following real estate: <br />The South Half (S1/2) of Lot Eight (8) and all of Lot Ten (10), in Block Eighteen (18), <br />in Scarff s Addition to West Lawn, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. It has become known that there was an error in the name of the female Grantee. The <br />name used was Maria Velasquez; however her legal name is Maria Lopez Sebastian. She is the <br />wife of Ancelmo Velasquez-Bernabe. The above referenced document is conveying one and the <br />same legal description to one and the same person, despite the discrepancy in names. <br />3. The warranty deed should have read as follows: <br />"Crystal P. Radke, a single person, GRANTOR, in consideration of One Dollar <br />($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, conveys to Grantee, Ancelmo <br />Velasqez-Bernabe and Maria Lopez Sebastian, husband and wife, as joint tenants <br />and not as tenants in common, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. <br />Rev.
