A Warranty Deed recorded in the Hall County Register of Deeds office on April 10, <br />2015, and entered as Instrument Number 201502243 in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />conveyed the following real estate: <br />The South Half (S1/2) of Lot Eight (8) and all of Lot Ten (10), in Block Eighteen (18), <br />in Scarff's Addition to West Lawn, in the City, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. A Deed of Trust was executed and recorded in the Hall County Register of Deeds <br />office on April 10, 201.5 at Instniment Number 201502244 in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />executed by Ancelmo Velasquez-Bernabe and Maria Velasquez, husband and wife, Borrower, <br />Exchange Bank, as Lender, and Exchange Bank, Trustee. <br />3. That the above described Warranty Deed and Deed of Trust contained an error when <br />drafting the name of the female Grantee/Borrower. The name used was Maria Velasquez; however <br />her legal name is Maria Lopez Sebastian. She is the wife of Ancelmo Velasquez-Bernabe. The <br />parties were married at the time the conveyance occurred. <br />4. The above referenced Warranty Deed is conveying one and the same legal description <br />to one and the same person, despite the discrepancy in names. The warranty deed should have read <br />as follows: <br />"Crystal P. Radke, a single person, GRANTOR, in consideration of One Dollar <br />($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, conveys to Grantee, Ancelmo <br />Velasqez-Bernabe and Maria Lopez Sebastian, husband and wife, as joint tenants <br />and not as tenants in common, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. <br />Rev.
