1 <br />1 <br />202100x30 <br />• RESOLUTION 2021-5 <br />WHEREAS, public right-of-way is required by the City of Grand Island, from <br />Niedfelt Property Management, LLC at Parcel No. 400149895, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />and more particularly described as follows: <br />Property Owner <br />Legal Description <br />Amount <br />_ <br />Niedfelt Property <br />Management, LLC <br />' <br />A parcel of land located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 12, Township <br />11 North, range 10 West of the Sixth P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, being <br />described as follows: <br />BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF A PARCEL OF <br />LAND DESCRIBED AND RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NUMBER <br />200407646; THENCE S89°56'38"W (ASSUMED BEARING) ON THE <br />NORTH LINE OF SAID PARCEL, A DISTANCE OF 266.96 FEET TO <br />THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID PARCEL; THENCE <br />N00°26' 14'W ON THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF NORTH <br />ROAD, A DISTANCE OF 50.00 FEET TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER <br />OF A PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED AND RECORDED IN <br />INSTRUMENT NUMBER 201807560; THENCE N89°56'38"E ON THE <br />SOUTH LINE OF SAID PARCEL, A DISTANCE OF 266.99 FEET TO <br />THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID PARCEL; THENCE <br />S00°24'03"E, A DISTANCE OF 50.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF <br />BEGINNING, CONTAINING 13,349 SQUARE FEET, MORE OR LESS. <br />$3,000.00 <br />WHEREAS, an Agreement for the public right-of-way has been reviewed and <br />approved by the City Legal Department. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is, <br />authorized to enter into the Agreement for the public right-of-way on the above described tract of <br />land, in the amount of $3,000.00. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute such agreement on behalf of the City of Grand Island. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, January 12, 2021. <br />Roger' G.
