200.09079 4. Except for the rights which the potential Buyers had under the Agreement described above in paragraph 3, which was later canceled, since the death of Vincent A. In the real estate records of the real estate described in this Affidavit, Affiant is variously referred to as Louisa Z. Borrego (which is her present name) and as Louisa Zavala and as Louisa R.
