Additionally, hereby incorporated as if fully set forth herein are the terms and conditions of any <br />promissory note, agreement or other document executed by Borrower and/or Lender indicating this security <br />instrument or the property described herein shall be considered "Collateral" securing such promissory note, <br />agreement, or other instrument, or any similar reference. <br />Property. The word "Property' means all of Grantor's right, title and interest in and to all the Property as <br />described in the "Assignment" section of this Assignment. <br />Related Documents.
