200009484 <br />MEMORANDUM OF GROUND LEASE <br />This Memorandum of Ground Lease is entered into by and between Brad Lee <br />Bockmann, and Steven Dale Bockmann, whose mailing address is 3858 West Wood River <br />Road, Grand Island, NE 68803 ( "Lessor ") and UNISITE, INC., a Delaware corporation, with <br />an office at 3450 Buschwood Park Drive, Suite 250, Tampa, Florida 33618 ( "Lessee "). <br />1 Lessor -and Lessee entered into a Ground Lease Agreement ( "Agreement ") for <br />the purpose of constructing, installing, operating and maintaining a wireless communications <br />facility and related improvements. All of the foregoing are set forth in the Ground Lease. <br />2. The term of the Ground Lease commences on 6�Z b�a� and <br />ends on ��� /�S , with seven (7) successive five (5) year options to renew. <br />3. The Property which is the subject of the Ground Lease is described in <br />Exhibit "A" annexed hereto.
