<br />Association), of Hall County, Nebraska, a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska, party of
<br />the first part, and Marvin Swanson of the County of Hall, and State of Nebraska, party of the second part: Witnesseth, that the said party of the
<br />first part, for and in consideration of the sum of in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has sold and by these present does
<br />grant, convey and confirm unto the said parties of the second part, the following described premises, to -wit: Third Addition, Row 44(SectionL)
<br />• Plot 40 in Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Hall County, Nebraska, together with all appurtenances thereunto belonging: Subject, however, to all
<br />1.1 Articles, By -Laws, Rules and regulations of said Cemetery Association, as they now exist or may hereafter be changed, modified or enlarged,
<br />and the said grantor Cemetery Association for itself or its successors, does hereby covenant to and with the said parties of the second part and
<br />their heirs and assigns, that at the time of the execution and delivery of these presents it is lawfully seized of said premises; that it has good
<br />right and lawful authority to convey the same; that they are free from encumbrance and does hereby covenant to warrant and defend the said
<br />premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. In witness whereof, the said grantor Cemetery Association has hereunto caused
<br />IIits corporate seal to be affixed and these presents to be signed by its Board Member and Clerk the day and year first above written.
