<br />on the East line of what is now Outlot A, Crane Valley Ninth Subdivision, which was originally Outlot A, Crane
<br />Valley 7th Subdivision, all in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, pertaining to the dimension
<br />(written in numerical form).
<br />3. Affiant further states: Replace 609.70' (M) along the East line of Outlot A, Crane Valley Ninth Subdivision,
<br />with 609.95'(M) and on the fourteenth line of the Legal Description.
<br />4. Affiant states that the survey record of Crane Valley Ninth Subdivision, lnst No 202010090, Filed 12/23/2020,
<br />at the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, the plat did not reflecting a Public Drainage Easement, Inst
<br />No 202010238, Filed 12/30/2020, at the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, and has discovered an
<br />error on the East line of what is now Outlot A, Crane Valley Ninth Subdivision, which was originally Outlot A,
<br />Crane Valley 7th Subdivision, all in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, pertaining to the
<br />dimension (written in numerical form).
<br />5. Affiant further states: Replace 216.45' (M) along the East line of Outlot A, Crane Valley Ninth Subdivision,
<br />with 216.54'(M).
<br />6. Affiant states that the survey record of Crane Valley Ninth Subdivision, Inst No 202010090, Filed 12/23/2020,
<br />at the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, that on Lot 2, Crane Valley Ninth Subdivision, two 16 ft.
<br />Ingress/Egress Easement were shown and should be removed per Ordinance No. 9812, lnst No 202010077,
<br />Filed 12/23/2020, at the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska.
