Couch, a married couple, GRANTORS, in consideration of <br />estate planning, conveys to GRANTEES, Dan E. Couch and Jane F. Couch, Cotrustees of the <br />Dan E. Couch and Jane F. Couch Revocable Trust dated December 16, 2020, or their successor <br />or successors in trust, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
