1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />202100228 <br />RESOLUTION 2020-328 <br />WHEREAS, a public utility easement is required by the City of Grand Island for <br />Sanitary Sewer District No. 544; Ellington Pointe and Westwood Park Subdivisions, to construct and <br />maintain such project; and <br />WHEREAS, acquisition of the public utility easement is as follows: <br />Property Owner <br />Legal Description <br />Allan J. Thomson and <br />Maureen A.
