Schmidt, Decedent, died on December 11, 2018, a resident of Hall County, Nebraska. 2. That at the time of death Decedent had an interest in real property located in Hall County, Nebraska, described as follows: LOT SEVEN (7), BLOCK THIRTY SIX (36), RUSSEL WHEELER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA 3. The Affiant, Jeanne E. Allen, is the person claiming as successor and the Decedent's interest in real property in the State of Nebraska. 4. The value of Decedent's interest in all real property in the Decedent's Estate located in the State of Nebraska does not exceed $50,000.00. 5. The value of Decedent's interest in the above described real estate as shown on the County Of Hall assessment rolls for the year in which the Decedent died, 2018, is $42,524.00 6. The value of the entire estate of the Decedent, which consisted of assets in the sole name of the Decedent or in which the Decedent held an interest as a tenant in common is as follows: Real Estate $42,524.00 Personal Property $ 1,500.00 Total $44,024.00 7. Thirty days have elapsed since the death of the Decedent, which occurred on December 11, 2018, as shown by the certified or authorized copy of death certificate attached hereto as Exhibit A. 8. No application or petition for the appointment of a personal representative is pending or has been granted in any jurisdiction. The claiming successor or successor's relationship to the decedent is niece and step -daughter.
