DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, Robert J. Johnson and Tamara M. Johnson, husband and wife, by Deed of
<br />Trust dated February 29, 2000, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on
<br />March 1, 2000, in Mortgage Record Book n/a at Page n/a Document 200001684, conveyed to Robert Rieke,
<br />TRUSTEE, certain real estate described as:
<br />Legal Description: Lot Forty Seven (47) Jeffrey Oaks Sixth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska
<br />IN TRUST, to secure the payment of the indebtedness mentioned therein, and
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned has been appointed as successor Trustee under the aforesaid Deed of Trust;
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust has requested the undersigned to execute the within
<br />Deed of Reconveyance.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the request of the legal holder of the indebtedness secured by said Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee under said Deed of Trust, hereby remises, releases and quitclaims unto the
<br />present owner or owners, without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to such Trustee under said Deed of
<br />Trust in and to the property described therein.

<br />privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging.
