Ruskamp an undivided one- <br />eighth (1/8) remainder interest, to David L. Munsinger an undivided one-eighth (1/8) <br />remainder interest, to Kelly Bender an undivided one-eighth (1/8) remainder interest, to <br />Anne Jones an undivided one thirty-second (1/32) remainder interest, to Beth Munsinger <br />an undivided one thirty-second (1/32) remainder interest, to Rachel O'Connor an <br />undivided one thirty-second (1/32) remainder interest, and to John Munsinger and <br />undivided one thirty-second (1/32) remainder interest, all as tenants in common, <br />GRANTEES, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201): <br />Lots Five (5) and Six (6), Block Seven (7), Original Town of Cairo, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />subject to easements, covenants, and restrictions of record. This transfer is made <br />subject the reservation of a life estate interest in favor of Sylvina T. Munsinger who shall <br />have the use and possession of the real estate during her lifetime in accordance with the <br />terms of the Last Will and Testament of Kenneth C. Munsinger which is filed with Hall <br />County Court as Case No. PR 20-165. <br />Grantor has determined that the Grantees are the persons entitled to distribution of <br />the real estate from said estate.
