Holliday and Gregg L. Holliday, <br />�i wife and husband, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable <br />• consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and <br />confirm unto Carmen A.
