<br />unremarried widow.
<br />2. That Lamar Charles Lepin is deceased with his date of death being June
<br />28, 1994.
<br />3. That Lamar Charles Lepin and Caroline K. Lepin, Husband and Wife, had
<br />possession and title of the following described real estate on the date of Lamar Charles
<br />Lepin's death, June 28, 1994, to -wit:
<br />Lot Five (5), Bartelt Second Subdivision of part of Lots Seven (7),
<br />Fourteen (14), Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16) and Eighteen (18) of the County
<br />Subdivision of part of the South Half (S ' /z) of Section Five (5), Township
<br />Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6 t P.M., in the Village of
<br />Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof.
