<br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />The undersigned, being the Trustee under a Trust Deed filed for record on March 1,
<br />1994, in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 94- 101711,
<br />executed by David R. Valencia, an unmarried person, as Trustor, in which The Equitable
<br />Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, a Federal Savings Bank, is named
<br />as Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, is named as Trustee; and the Beneficiary,
<br />hereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation for which nature of such breach is the
<br />Trustor's failure to make debt payments as they became due. You are hereby notified that
<br />because of such default the indebtedness secured by said Trust Deed is accelerated as of
<br />November 1, 2000; be notified that because of such default the undersigned has elected to sell
<br />or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligations under the Trust Deed; the trust
<br />property affected is as follows:
<br />Lot Two (2), in Block Twenty -One (21), in Schimmer's Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
