Valencia, an unmarried person, as Trustor, in which The Equitable <br />Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, a Federal Savings Bank, is named <br />as Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, is named as Trustee; and the Beneficiary, <br />hereby gives notice that a breach of an obligation for which nature of such breach is the <br />Trustor's failure to make debt payments as they became due.
