Overfield and Deborah K. Overfield ("Trustor"), executed that certain Deed of <br />Trust ("Original Deed of Trust"), dated as of February 13, 2001, in favor of Old Republic National Title <br />Insurance Company ("Trustee"), for the benefit of Business Loan Center, Inc. ("Original Beneficiary"), <br />recorded with the County Recorder for the County of Hall, Nebraska, on February 15, 2001 as Instrument <br />No. 0200101126; <br />AND WHEREAS, the interest in, to and under the Deed of Trust was assigned to Capital Crossing Small <br />Business Finance, LLC ("Beneficiary") pursuant to that certain Assignment recorded with said Recorder, <br />on March 11, 2019 as Instrument No. 201901388. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Beneficiary does hereby substitute itself as Trustee, in lieu of the above named <br />Trustee under said Deed of Trust, and does hereby fully reconvey to the PERSON OR PERSONS <br />LEGALLY ENTITLED THERETO, but without warranty, all of the estate, title and interest held by it <br />under the Deed of Trust. <br />Nebraska <br />
