Stat. §76-201): <br />East Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (E'/2 NE'/4 NE'/4) of Section <br />Three (3), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska; and <br />A tract of land containing forty and twenty-four hundredths (40.24) acres in the Northeast <br />Quarter (NE'/4) of Section Three (3), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of <br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the iron pin located one thousand three hundred twenty-four and sixty <br />hundredths (1324.60) feet north of the southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter (NE'/4), <br />running thence due west two thousand six hundred forty-four and forty -hundredths (2644. <br />40) feet to an iron pin on the west line of said Northeast Quarter (NE'/4), running thence <br />south at right angles six hundred sixty-one and five -tenths (661.5) feet to an iron pin, <br />thence running east at right angles two thousand six hundred forty-five and twenty - <br />hundredths (2645.20) feet to the east line of said section, thence running north at right <br />angles six hundred sixty-two and thirty hundredths (662.30) feet to the place of <br />beginning, Hall County, Nebraska, sometimes described as the North Half of the South <br />Half of the Northeast Quarter (N1/2 S'/2 NE'/4) of Section Three (3), Township Ten (10) <br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />subject to easements and restrictions of record. <br />Grantor covenants with Grantee that such real estate is free from encumbrances and Grantor has <br />legal power and lawful authority to convey the same.
