AND LORI A. <br />GARRISON , HUSBAND AND WIFE herein called the grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of <br />One Dollar and other valuable consideration received from grantees do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey <br />and confirm unto <br />Dana J. Dramse and Michelle R.
