Stolz, President of J.E.K., L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company doing <br />business as Window World of Grand Island, being first duly sworn upon oath, and for the <br />purpose of correcting the address listed for the contracting owner in a Construction Lien <br />previously recorded by reason of an error of the scrivener, deposes and says: <br />1. He is the President of J.E.K., L.L.C. and, as said President, verifies this account in <br />writing for and on behalf of said company. <br />2. J.E.K., L.L.C., d/b/a Window World of Grand Island, by and through its duly -authorized <br />officers, entered into a contract with Mikyle Thorne, 501 N. Pine Street, Grand Island, <br />Nebraska 68801, for the sale and purchase of windows and an entry door to be installed <br />on the real estate described below; and the contract price for said materials to be provided <br />by J.E.K., L.L.C. is Eight Thousand One Hundred Sixty -Five and No/100 Dollars <br />($8,165.00). <br />3. The materials provided are upon and incorporated into the improvement to the real estate <br />located at 501 N. Pine Street, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801, being a part of that property <br />legally described as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot Four (4), Block Thirty (30), Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />4. The amount unpaid and due to J.E.K., L.L.C. for materials provided is Three Thousand <br />Five Hundred Fourteen and 90/100 Dollars ($3,514.90) together with interest thereon as <br />provided by applicable law. <br />5. The last day services or materials were furnished was August 28, 2020. <br />6.
