Pedcor I is the fee simple owner, pursuant to a Warranty Deed from Edith M. <br />Chapman recorded as Instrument Number 0061 -090 in the Office of the <br />Recorder of Hall County, Nebraska, of certain real estate located in Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, the legal description of which is attached hereto as <br />Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference ( "Phase F). <br />B. Pedcor II is the fee simple owner, pursuant to a Warranty Deed from Edith M. <br />Chapman recorded as Instrument Number 9400177n9oS f in the Office of the <br />Recorder of Hall County, Nebraska, of certain real estate located in Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, the legal description of which is attached hereto as <br />Exhibit B and incorporated herein by reference. <br />C. Pedcor I will first develop Phase I.
