<br />KNOW ALL PEOPLE BY THESE PRESENTS; That BUTLER /BINION {CROUP,
<br />LTD., INC., a• corporation of the State of Nebraska, Grantor, in
<br />consideration of the sum of One Dollar (41.00) and otter good and valuable.
<br />consideration, to it duly paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
<br />acknowledged, has remised, released and quitclaimed, and by.these presents
<br />does remise, release and forever quitclaim unto KtTEHNER FARMS, INC., a
<br />Corporation of The State of Nebraska, Grantee, its successors and assigns,
<br />forever, all of its right, title, interest, estate, claim and 'demand,,both
<br />at law and in equity, of, in and to the real estate situated in the County
<br />of Hall, State of Nebraska, described as follows:

<br />Railway, and containing 1,' «-71 acres more. or less, and also a strip of land

<br />property until June 1, ;1:990 for the purpose of removing rail metalies and..
<br />crossties or over such roiAe as the Buyers. and Seller inay agree.
