I executed the Subdivision Agreement for Pedcor Subdivision, consisting of Lots <br />1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraksa, on August 30, <br />2001, which was recorded on August 30, 2001, in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraksa, as Instrument Number 0200108783. <br />2. In conjunction with the Subdivision Agreement, the plat of Pedcor Subdivision <br />was filed in the records of Hall County, Nebraksa. <br />3. The Dedication and Acknowledgement on Sheet 4 of 4 of the Plat of Pedcor <br />Subdivision contained an error in the body by erroneously listing "Pedcor <br />Investments, L.L.C." as the owner of the land as well as an erroneous listing of <br />"Pedcor Investments, L.L.C." in the acknowledgement. <br />4. The Dedication and Acknowledgement as it appears on the face of the plat is <br />hereby amended, superseded and replaced in its entirety by that shown on <br />Exhibit A, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br />Dated this S `day of September, 2001. <br />Iw o _ .�i /// i/�: i11/. <br />• .• <br />
