<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by TIMOTHY J MEYER AND
<br />LORRAINE J MEYER, HUSBAND AND WIFE„ Beneficiary named therein dated May 28, 1998, and recorded MAY 29, 1998

<br />and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
