200109027 <br />An irregular tract of land adjacent to the north line of Lot 20, R & B Subdivision <br />beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot 20, thence running southwesterly on <br />the west line of said Lot 20, a chord distance of two and two tenths feet, (2.2 feet), <br />thence continuing southeasterly on a line to a point on a line eight feet (8 feet) west <br />of and parallel to the east line of said Lot 20, thence north on a line eight feet (8 feet) <br />west of and parallel to the east line of said Lot 20, a distance of 28.57 feet + to the <br />north line of said Lot 20, thence northwesterly along said north line of Lot 20 to point <br />of beginning <br />together with the following rights, namely, unrestricted ingress and egress under, over, and across <br />such land for the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted, to excavate and refill ditches and <br />trenches, and the right to clear and keep clear of trees, roots, brush, hedges, undergrowth, and other <br />obstructions from the surface of such tracts interfering with the location, construction, inspection, <br />repair, replacement, removal, and maintenance of such utilities.
