200109026 <br />A irregular tract of land adjacent to the south line of Lot 13, R & B Subdivision, <br />beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot 13, thence running northeasterly on the <br />west line of said Lot 13, a chord distance of fifteen feet, (15 feet), thence continuing <br />southeasterly on a line to a point on the southerly line of said Lot 13, said point lying <br />one hundred feet, (100 feet), southeasterly from the southwest corner of said Lot 13, <br />thence continuing northwesterly on the southerly line of said Lot 13, a distance of <br />one hundred feet, (100 feet), to the southwest corner of said Lot 13, being point of <br />beginning <br />together with the following rights, namely, unrestricted ingress and egress under, over, and across <br />such land for the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted, to excavate and refill ditches and <br />trenches, and the right to clear and keep clear of trees, roots, brush, hedges, undergrowth, and other <br />obstructions from the surface of such tracts interfering with the location, construction, inspection, <br />repair, replacement, removal, and maintenance of such utilities.
