200109025 <br />A tract of land ten feet, (10 feet), in width lying north of and adjacent to the south <br />line of Lot 23, R & B Subdivision and a tract of land ten feet, (10 feet) in width lying <br />northwesterly of and adjacent to the southeasterly line of Lot 23, R & B Subdivision, <br />beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot 23 thence running easterly on the south <br />line of said Lot 23 a distance of twenty -three feet, (23 feet) to the actual point of <br />beginning, thence east a distance of 74.41 feet to the one hundred foot, (100 foot) <br />radius point, thence continuing on the southeast line of said Lot 23 a chord distance <br />of 143.15 feet to the one hundred foot (100') radius point lying 32.41 feet south of <br />the northeast corner of said Lot 23. <br />together with the following rights, namely, unrestricted ingress and egress under, over, and across <br />such land for the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted, to excavate and refill ditches and <br />trenches, and the right to clear and keep clear of trees, roots, brush, hedges, undergrowth, and other <br />obstructions from the surface of such tracts interfering with the location, construction, inspection, <br />repair, replacement, removal, and maintenance of such utilities.
