Dority, a single person, GRANTOR, in <br />consideration of estate planning, conveys to GRANTEE, Ann D. <br />Arango, Douglas A. Dority, and John F. Dority, as equal tenants in <br />common, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. <br />Rev.
