Smith and Casey M. Smith, husband and wife, as joint tenants with rights of <br />survivorship, Grantees, all of Grantor's respective rights, titles and interests in and to the real <br />estate described on Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit B, attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by this reference (as defined in Nebr. Rev.
