<br />WHEREAS, public utility easements are required by the City of Grand Island for
<br />Sanitary Sewer District No. 544; Ellington Pointe and Westwood Park Subdivisions, to construct and
<br />maintain such project; and
<br />WHEREAS, acquisition of the public utility easements is as follows:

<br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is,
<br />authorized to acquire such public utility easements from the listed property owners, on the above-
<br />described tracts of land.
