<br />(WzNE4NW;) of Section Three (3), Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br />Eleven (11) West of the 6t" P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />The South Half of the Southwest Quarter (8 =8W;) and the South Half
<br />of the Northwest Quarter (S�NW;) of Section Twenty -seven (27),
<br />Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPT a tract of land comprising a part of
<br />the South Half of the Southwest Quarter (SzSW;) of said Section
<br />Twenty -seven (27), and more particularly described as follows:

<br />GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEE

<br />(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from
<br />encumbrances except easements and restrictions of record;
<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the
<br />lawful claims of all persons.
