Lincoln Avenue, City of York, <br />County of York, State of Nebraska, as trustee under the trust deed dated October 17, 2016 and <br />recorded on December 8, 2016, executed by Guillermo J. Morales and Erisenia Cortez, husband and <br />wife, as trustor, in which Richard Carlson and James A. Carlson are named as beneficiary and the <br />undersigned as trustee, and recorded as Instrument No. 201608228 in the Office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, has received from Amber L. Snell, Personal Representative <br />of the Estate of Richard Carlson the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting <br />▪ that all sums secured by such trust deed have been fully paid and that such trust deed and the note <br />secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation. <br />7▪ 0/ NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, <br />the undersigned, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled <br />thereto, namely: Guillermo J. Morales and Erisenia Cortez.
