As of the date of the death of the Decedent, title to the following real estate was <br />held by Decedent and the Surviving Spouse as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as <br />tenants in common, to wit: <br />Lot Five (5) in Block Two (2), in Pleasant View Third Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />4. Decedent was married to the Surviving Spouse as of the date of his death. <br />5. There is no Federal Estate Tax, Nebraska Inheritance Tax or Nebraska Estate Tax <br />due as a result of the death of the Decedent. There is no Nebraska Inheritance Tax lien by reason of <br />Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 77-2003. There is no Federal Estate Tax or Nebraska Estate tax <br />lien. <br />6.
