<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by CECILIA
<br />RAMIREZ, A SINGLE WOMAN as Trustor to U.S. BANK, N.A. as Trustee for the benefit of NEBRASKA
<br />INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY the beneficiary named therein, dated APRIL 15, 2019, and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in CASS County, Nebraska, in Book -- Page _ or
<br />Instrument Number 201902134 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA
<br />INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by
<br />Assignment recorded in Book - Page - or Instrument Number = has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee
<br />be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.
