Anderson n/k/a Susan E. <br />Timmerman, husband and wife, Trustors under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 2000 -00728 of the Mortgage <br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska on January 27, 2000, which Deed of Trust conveyed the <br />following described real estate, to -wit: <br />LOT 20, BLOCK 1, KOEHLER PLACE, GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA, <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in <br />default under the terms of said Deed of Trust. <br />The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by said Deed of <br />Trust when due.
