Notice is hereby given that Prance B. Crowley, Trustor under a Deed of Trust recorded in <br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 98- 112245 of the <br />Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska on December 11, 1998, which Deed of Trust <br />conveyed the following described real estate, to -wit: <br />All that parcel of land in Hall County, State of Nebraska, as more fully described in <br />Deed Doc #98- 107684, being known and designated as Lot 131, in Buena Vista <br />Subdivision, an addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />has breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and is in default <br />under the terms of said Deed of Trust. <br />The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by said Deed of <br />Trust when due. <br />x <br />On account of such breach, pursuant to said Deed of Trust, the Beneficiary and the <br />Successor Trustee under said Deed of Trust have elected to sell or cause to be sold such trust <br />property to satisfy said indebtedness. <br />The above debt will be assumed valid unless you notify the undersigned in writing that you <br />dispute the debt or any portion thereof within thirty (30) days from your receipt of this notice.
