<br />       	Property described in the Secwity Instrument, the follo�ving items are added to the Property descripti�n, and shall
<br />       	also constitute the Property covPred by the Security Instrument: building materials, agpliances and goods of every
<br />       	nacure whatscever now or hereafter located in, on, or used, or intended to be used in connection w4th the
<br />       	Property, including, but not limited to, those for th;, purposes of supplying or distributing heating, coq(ing,
<br />       	electricity, gas, water, air and light, fire prevention and eztinguishing apparatus, security and access co�trol    	'     �
<br />       	apparatus, plumbing, bath tubs, water heaters, water closets, sinks, ranges, stoves, refrigerators, dishwashets,

<br />    		D. RENT LOSS INSiJRANCE. Borrower shall maintun insurance against rent loss in addition to the other	�
<br />      	hazards for which insurance is required by Uniform Covenant 5.   							'
<br />    		E. "BORROWER'S RIGHT TO REINSTATE" DELETED. Uniform Covenant 18 is deletcd.  		r
<br />    		F. BORROWER'S OCCUPA,IVCY. Unless L,ender and Aorrower o:herwise agree in writing, the first    `���
<br />      	sentence in Uniform Covenant 6 concernzng Botrower's occupancy of the Property is deleted. Atl remaining
