<br />FRANK C. SKRUPA, TRUSTEE, AND HIS SUCCESSORS IN TRUST, UNDER
<br />THE ROSEMARY M. SKRUPA FAMILY TRUST, A SUBTRUST OF THE ROSEMARY
<br />M. SKRUPA REVOCABLE TRUST, DATED JUNE 30, 2000 AS STATED ON OCTOBER
<br />23, 2013, herein called the Grantor, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00),
<br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a permanent
<br />and perpetual easement and right-of-way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair,
<br />replace, relocate, extend, remove, and operate thereon, public utilities and
<br />appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, above, along, over, across, underneath,
<br />and through a part of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter (S1/2, SW1/4), of Section
<br />Thirty -Four (34), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th PM, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, the ten (10.0) foot wide utility easement and right-of-way tract being
<br />more particularly described as follows:
<br />The northerly ten (10.0) feet of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter (S1/2,
<br />SW1/4) of Section Thirty -Four (34), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine
<br />(9) West of the 6th PM, Hall County, Nebraska. Except that part deeded as
<br />Locust Street right-of-way as described in Instrument No. 201009368,
<br />recorded in the Hall County, Nebraska Register of Deeds Office.
